If my iPad and I were stranded on an island and I was forced to choose the one blog that I'd get to read for the rest of my days (you know since that's totally likely), well no question about it, it would be Marta's of martawrites.com. I have been an avid fan of hers since 2008. In fact, I can even remember the very first post I ever read of hers. Yes, my memory is strange like that. She had me with the very first sentence she wrote and I swear I have been hooked on her blog ever since. I believe Marta to be talented beyond measure, smart, witty, kindhearted, authentic and her blog posts always seem to add an extra dose of sunshine into my day.
Aside from being all those lovely things AND a wonderful writer AND a good mama (AND my new pen pal, lucky me!), she's also created a product that I think is simply sensational...Mini Diaries.
I did buy this journal a few months back, which I am still loving by the way, but when there's also one that allows you to (in Marta's words) "jot in your life" and "celebrate the details," well that might be the perfect little journal if you ask me. Plus what's not to love about anything with the word 'mini' in it?!
Here's the bundle of cuteness that just arrived in my mailbox. She even included a set of these darling 'Merci' gift tags (so thoughtful!) and a sweet handwritten note (look at that amazing penmanship!). See, she's just the real deal. No wonder Marta is adored by so many.
